GENERAL:
By commissioning me, you agree to read and abide by the terms on this page.Please note that the terms are subject to change. Copyright Terms, Allowed Usage, and Non-Allowed Usage are at the bottom! Please be sure to read everything thoroughly, thank you.⊳ I reserve the right to refuse a request that I feel I cannot complete it due to personal reasons, or if I feel that I cannot provide the quality you desire.⊳ I am less likely to accept your project if you have a deadline. I prefer to work at my own pace, and may not be able to respond as soon as I receive the request and deadlines may pass during that period of time.⊳ When using my work in any content, you must provide credit back to either my BlueSky / VGen or website somewhere reasonably visible. You can copy and paste my credits from my profile descriptions! (example: Bongo Cat by Nᴇᴍᴜ @nemusouda.bsky.social)⊳ Commissions are digital files only, no physical goods will be received. The files will be provided to you via email, Discord, or VGen using a Google Drive link, depending on previous methods of communication.⊳ I add a very transparent watermark to all of my products. If you would like to choose an area on the image where I place it, let me know in the instructions when you place your request!REVISIONS:
During the workflow, I will send WIPs and sketches of the progress of your commission as we proceed. Please be sure to correct me or mention important revisions as soon as possible in this process.⊳ I will limit free revisions in sketches and cleaned sketches up to THREE (3) times, unless I am the one making mistakes in understanding your character's design.⊳ When the artwork has moved on to the line art/rendering/finalized details, I will only allow ONE (1) revision unless there is a major detail that was missed.⊳ Any further revisions will require extra payment of up to 50% of the cost of your commission if they are very complex or major changes.PAYMENTS:
Payments will be collected using the connections provided by VGen. Any excess charges incurred by asking for either revisions or add-ons that were not selected during the request form can be discussed further in DMs.REFUNDS:
⊳ No refunds are applicable if I have already sent you many WIPs of the sketches, or if I have already sent you the completed works.⊳ You may request a full refund if I have not started on your project within 2 months of acceptance and payment.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
As soon as I receive the order request, please give me 3-14 business days to finish your request! Complex requests may take more time than what I have listed, this is only an estimated timeframe!If you feel that I am taking too long, or may have missed your order, you can contact me through VGen DMs!
Note that messages sent on VGen may have late responses if I am busy with work. I will be as communicative as possible about when I am working on your request, so I really appreciate your patience!

⊳ I retain full rights and ownership, including the right to upload the finished work to my own sites/portfolio (Discord, BlueSky, etc.), commercially or non-commercially, for the purpose of showcasing my work.If you’d prefer for me not to use your name when I post the completed order, please let me know before completion.ALLOWED USAGE:
⊳ You are allowed to post the completed work on your SNS, ONLY IF it is the watermarked PNG image, please do not post download links to any other files, those are for personal use. If you are uploading a PNG to your social media, make sure to credit me with links back to my BlueSky, Carrd, or VGen page, thank you! I would love to share your post if you tag me on BlueSky!!⊳ You are granted permission to use the completed work in your streams and content, as long as you make sure to credit me as stated above.⊳ You are granted permission to use the completed work in your physical merchandise (creation of goods and sales) ONLY when you have selected that option in the request form and have paid the extra fees of 2x cost of your commissionNON-ALLOWED USAGE:
⊳ Uploading the work for the sole purpose of commercial monetization is not allowed, it must be used alongside your own content if monetized. (example: a YouTube stream/video with the asset in your overlay + monetization enabled is acceptable, a showcase of the work by itself with monetization enabled is not). If you're unsure about usage, please feel free to ask me any questions!⊳ No one else has permission to use your commissioned work, commercially or non-commercially. Use by a third-party is prohibited before contacting me first. (example: Sharing the files with a friend for a collaborative project, so they can put your asset on their stream/video is not allowed, unless I give you permission. Feel free to contact me anytime! Otherwise, please keep the PNGs, PSDs, .mp4, .gif, etc files for your own private use).⊳ You may not use the work without credit to me, claim the work as your own or someone else's, re-distribute or re-sell it, or auction/“mint” it in any way as a non-fungible token (cryptocurrency) in any blockchain-related technology.⊳ You may not feed my works into any forms of Generative AI.⊳ If I discover that you have refused to acknowledge my terms and conditions, you will lose any and all rights to the commissioned work, and it will be re-sold/re-purposed. You will be forbidden from commissioning me again, and your name/handles will be shared publicly to protect others.COMMUNICATION:
After my proposal to you has been accepted, and the request has been paid for, please expect to receive communication from me either through email or VGen DMs.
⊳ I will be able to work faster if we are both responsive to each other to bring your ideas to life. Please understand that I may ask a lot of questions and I will not start on your request until I am sure of what I will need to work with.⊳ Do not spam me asking for updates or messages unless I have not contacted you for over 2 weeks. I will be communicative about whether or not I am currently working on your commission.
